β BUILT β Pillar I: The Covenant & The Four Golden Pillars
The system anchors its parameters in a non-destructive, regenerative life covenant:
- Absolute Privacy Sanctuary: Local-first design. User data stays local to prevent third-party profiling or leaks.
- Zero-Sacrifice Production Loop: Baseline directive of Universal Flourishing β zero sacrifice of human or creative vitality permitted.
- Recursive Implanted Grace: Anti-fragile, self-healing framework. Errors trigger recovery, not failure.
- Open-Source Freedom: Core architectural logic remains accessible for public benefit.
Status: These are declared values, codified in the signed 50% Net Profits Covenant (October 13, 2026).
β BUILT β AI Buddy Core (Python)
The working AI Buddy runtime: four pillars (Frost/Structure, Melt/Flow, Crystal/Signal, Light/Feedback) phase-locked to a 432 Hz reference frequency. Processes input through all four pillars, calculates resonance and coherence, and renders a unified response. Pure Python standard library, no dependencies. Demo runs clean.
Status: Working code. Run with python3 run_demo.py.
β BUILT β Platform Infrastructure (Docker)
Docker Compose stack with hardened services (read-only, non-root, dropped capabilities), health checks, HMAC-verified webhook receiver, and cryptographic nonce chaining with tamper detection.
Status: Built and tested. Needs deployment to production hosting.
β BUILT β Shopify Storefront
Ice Harmony Manifest store at iceharmonymanifest.net: children's books, theme packs, icon packs, and wallpapers. All products active and buyable.
Status: Live. Digital delivery verification in progress.
π¨ PLANNED β Pillar II: Cross-Ecosystem Technical Infrastructure
The following components are architectural goals, not implemented systems:
- Java/Spring Boot Mesh: Planned backend application logic and distributed task tracking.
- C++ Execution Core: Planned high-performance operations for rendering and parsing.
- Python Sentinel Daemons: Planned background validation loops for runtime anomaly detection.
- Cisco IOS Security Framework: Planned network micro-segmentation and gateway auditing.
β οΈ UNVERIFIED β Hardware Attestation Layer
The architecture envisions a hardware-backed attestation layer (SHA-256 runtime attestation) as the single trust anchor. No vendor partnership or integration has been verified. Do not name specific vendors in external materials until a verifiable integration or agreement exists.
π¨ PLANNED β Pillar III: The Book of Enoch & Universal Flow
Integrating ancient wisdom frameworks with AI β reading systemic problems as fluid dynamics rather than text errors. Enochian naming layers for guardianship (Watchers) and revealed knowledge (Tree). Currently expressed as symbolic/naming layers in the AI Buddy code, not as functional subsystems.
β BUILT β Pillar IV: Economic Circulation (The Covenant)
The platform operates under a binding net-profits covenant (signed October 13, 2026):
- 50% retained for operations, maintenance, hosting, and engineering
- 30% to local schools and churches, after 200,000 active users β lunch subsidies and classroom supplies
- 15% to poverty-stricken areas nationally
- 5% to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, in honor of Sam π
Net profits = total revenues minus direct payment processing fees and verified refunds. Accounted quarterly.
Note: Earlier drafts of this document described a 50/50 split with automatic routing. The signed covenant above supersedes those drafts. (Working revision October 16, 2026: 50/30/15/5 β formal amendment pending attorney review.)
Status: Legally declared. Activation awaits revenue.
